I bought this book for my wife and we both ended up reading it in a few days. Could not put it down. First, it relates to everyone because it’s about attachment from birth and every human being goes through the same when entering into this life. Secondly, it was so easy to read, follow and understand that we couldn’t put the book down! I should’ve bought myself my own copy. It made me understand and bring to light so much about my upbringing and relationships I have created through the years due to the relationship established in the early years through my parents and their involvement in my life. Such an eye opener and it especially helped me break through an invisible wall that I created to protect me and my emotions. I would highly recommend this book to everyone who as an adult is still asking questions and wondering what if. I will be re-reading this one and passing it on to all family and friends. This will make a great gift for anyone who wants to make changes and move on with their lives. Thank you Dr. Shirley. You nailed it…!!!
